MY REVIEW: I had a bridal shower in my home for a niece. At the insistence of my daughter I finally used a caterer.
Southern Living is now out the window in our house. Chef Keller prepared four elegant, tasty, and generous appetizers.
My guest were blown away by the taste and artistry of each. Don't ever assume that a tea sandwich is only a little square
with the crust cut off. Chef Keller also provided gazpacho with shrimp "shots". The flavor exceeded expectation.
The cost was extremely reasonable. The service cannot be matched. I may never prepare food for a shower again.

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice exceeded our expectations! We hired Chef Beatrice to host a birthday party for my mom
in Conroe and everything was absolutely wonderful. The Lemongrass soup stole the show but closely behind were
the wasabi mashed potatoes and popovers.

She is friendly, approachable, and has really great recipes. This was an evening to be remembered and will look forward
to another event in the future. The pricing is reasonable for what you get plus you are able to provide your own wine,
saving hundreds.

This is a great idea for small group parties - birthday, bachelorette, anniversary, office, anything you can imagine.

MY REVIEW: I've eaten at fine restaurants all over the US and Europe, but Chef Keller served a lunch recently that was beyond
delicious!!! The main course was her own recipe for salmon on a rice dish with a blend of green vegetables on the side (all fresh
and grilled with olive oil and seasonings). What she has taught me is the extreme value of knowing where to buy fresh food, not
that I have the time or knowledge to do that. But then why would I do it??? Chef Keller does it all, with ease, great expertise and
finesse. You must meet her, and invite her to take care of your next dinner and/or company party. However, be prepared to be
spoiled ever after, because the food you ate before won't ever have the same appeal as it once did.

MY REVIEW: Wow, what a great night we had celebrating my husband's birthday! Chef Keller was amazing. I invited 3 other couples
to surprise my husband (he's impossible to buy a gift for or to surprise). She whipped up an elegant five course meal. It was all delicious,
but I especially liked the Asparagus Lemon Grass Soup and the Mousse au Chocolate with Fruit Culis! Talk about an easy way to
entertain. Chef Keller did it all. I just needed to set the table. I definitely recommend her!

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice's appetizers and professionalism never fail to impress. This is the third time she has catered an event for
me and my husband. This time it was for my husband's surprise birthday party and actually, she bailed me out this time. I thought I could
do this one myself, but at the last minute (and I mean 5 days before the party) I realized that I just couldn't prepare the kind of appetizers
I wanted for 40-50 people that said they'd be there.

Beatrice prepared about six or seven different, beautiful and extremely delicious appetizers for our guests. People were raving about
the stuffed tomatoes and the dates and I loved the shrimp tarts. The food truly makes the party and this party was a hit! Thanks to Chef Beatrice!

MY REVIEW: On behalf of the Kroger Company and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, I highly recommend Chef Beatrice Keller.
Our partnership with Bella Compagnia formed in 2008 when we auctioned off a five course meal for 12 at the home of
the President of the Kroger Southwest Division. As promised Chef Beatrice brought the food and talent and our guests brought a healthy
appetite! Once word got out about what an amazing time everyone had by the President himself, we auctioned off three at this year’s event!

Chef Beatrice prepares everything fresh on site, her timing is perfect and each plate truly looks like a work of art. We will definitely
continue working with Chef Beatrice on all of our corporate type events. Bella Compagnia specializes in intimate fine dining at its BEST!

MY REVIEW: My husband and I had the pleasure of having Beatrice in our home last night. She prepared a wonderful dinner for a group of 9
who had "purchased" the evening at a charity auction and paid top dollar for it. When I have offered this package to our auction in the past,
I've always done the cooking and have stressed trying to make sure everything was perfect to make it worth the bidders' money.

Well, Beatrice made the night more than perfect!

Everything was prepared in my kitchen fresh, her timing was impeccable, the preparations were tidy and quiet (not bothersome to the nearby table),
and when the food was put on the plates, each plate looked like a work of art! Then came the best part...every dish was delicious! And when
I thought it couldn't be better or easier, I turned around and she had cleaned dishes and work areas, loaded up her things (all her own knives,
pans etc!) and my kitchen was spotless. Unbelievable!

And, bless her heart, my house just could not cool off and she never seemed to mind and always maintained her smile and charming personality!
This was truly a treat for us as the hosts and to our guests. I highly recommend her services and would love the opportunity to use her again.

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice Keller provided a wonderful dinner for 20 at our ranch home. This was the first catered dinner we have ever
given and she handled it so wonderfully we will definitely do this again.

The appetizers were absolutely to die for and the main course was spectacular. All our guests are still talking about what a wonderful
addition Beatrice and the excellent gourmet food was to our event.

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice Keller provided a wonderful buffet for my husband's birthday party. She prepared a delicious buffet for 20 guests
which was enjoyed by all! She was so efficient in her preparation, you couldn't tell that she had just cooked a meal in our kitchen.
Her Bartender was very friendly & efficient.

All of our guests wanted Beatrice's name & number for future events. This was a great way to celebrate a special event. Guests commented
that it was so nice to be able to mingle & visit.

MY REVIEW: We recently had the pleasure of having Chef Keller in our home to prepare a dinner for 12 people for my husband's birthday.
We absolutely loved the food she prepared for us (the lemon caper sauce is to die for).
She prepared it in an atmosphere of people talking non-stop and it didn't ruffle her feathers at all! Her food is delicious and she is so gracious.
 She has quite an extensive menu from which to choose or she will do any special request you might have. I highly, highly recommend her and
hope to use her services again. All our guests were so impressed with her and thought this was such a fun idea.

MY REVIEW: For my friend's birthday, we invited he and his wife for dinner at our house. Although I had told him that he would have to help cook,
he did not know that we had arranged for Beatrice to give him "cooking lessons". I had warned Beatrice beforehand that, although we are both
"chuck wagon cooks, we wanted to actively participate in the meal preparation.

A fabulous time was had by all ( I hope by Beatrice too)!! Besides getting some super new recipes, Beatrice gave us some very useful cooking tips.
And the food was delicious. I think we even surprised our wives.

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice really won my husband and I over with her wonderful food, professionalism and creativity.
She helped us create a dinner buffet for 40 people too soon after Hurricane Ike. Although she was recovering from storm damage along with
the rest of us, she really pulled together a wonderful dinner.

From her incredibly delicious artichoke dip and various small hot and cold bites that were passed to the group by her professional and charming
servers, through the spinach salad with pears, nuts and wonderful orange curry dressing (yum, wish I had the recipe for that great dressing),
to entrees of Manzo Brasato, Lemon Chicken and and a wonderfully creative Vegetarian Lasagna with Polenta substituted for pasta, then finishing
with desserts including her wonderful Highlight Cookies, everyone was thrilled with the food.

After the party, she and her servers cleaned everything up, refrigerated the leftovers and left us with a sparkling house. Who could ask for
anything more!!!

She arranged our rentals of tables, chairs and linens and made sure everything was coordinated. Highly recommended!!!

MY REVIEW: Beatrice put together a wonderful dinner for two at my parents home to kick off their Celine Dion concert evening.
This was a Christmas gift from us daughters and one they will not soon forget.

Beatrice is an amazing planner. Professional and flexible, working with us to modify the menu to include dishes our parents would enjoy.
Her repertoire is extensive with numerous selections. She answered all of our questions, promptly and seemed to have everything in order.

I did arrive toward the end of the meal at my parents home and saw some of the dishes. Absolutely gorgeous presentation and the food
I did get to sample was just divine! Homemade buttery popover rolls, stacked pear and watercress salad that my Dad was just raving about,
orange shrimp scallop couscous, beautiful beef tenderloin cooked just right wrapped in cabbage, and hazelnut pannacotta that Mom loved.
I'm amazed that she was able to put together a top notch, gourmet restaurant meal right in their home. She brought all materials with her
so we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Will most definitely recommend her to friends and find other opportunities to use her services again. Thanks Beatrice!

for the first annual holiday party at the Cosmopolitan condominium. The presentation of her delectable had many a guest saying, "This
is too pretty to eat!" (But they did!) Her professionalism was beyond compare! She is not only a world renowned chef but also a helpful
and reliable source of information on the "how to's" for any party. You have a question, Beatrice has an answer! Many guests were
inquiring about having Bella Compagnia at their next party or company affair. I highly recommend Beatrice.
This is not a catering company- this is a company that features an internationally trained chef! There is quite a difference! Looking

MY REVIEW: I have to say thank you so much for the professional, organized manner in which Bella Compagnia have composed
themselves throughout our entire engagement. The constant, diligent responses and business friendliness manner was always a pleasure
and true testament to the high expectations of delivery Bella Compagnia have standardized.

Making the decision to throw a House Warming party was one that I knew would be eccentric due to my, and my husbands, international
circle of friends, or as we always refer to as our own United Nations! Seeing that throwing a House Warming party could almost be a
recipe of its own, a touch of personal mixed with a pinch of chaos, I knew when I made the decision to host such an event I needed to
work only with a professional company that could deliver a unique menu without over-extending on budget, yet expecting superb quality.
After reviewing various options, I chose Bella Compagnia specifically for these reasons. I was pleasantly surprised when you arrived with
everything in tote, ready to serve. Furthermore, I can attest to the many compliments our guests extended for the great tasting food your

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice prepared and served dinner for 7 business contacts in my home. She served baby spinach salad with
orange curry dressing, followed by pan seared chicken breast with lemon caper sauce, brown rice and grilled zucchini fans and
the most wonderful homemade-on-the-spot herb encrusted popovers. Then she topped it all off with mouse au chocolate and fruit culis
for dessert. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared and elegantly served.

Everything was fantastic. I would not have changed one thing. That is amazing. I cannot remember when I have been able to say
that about a dinner in even the finest restaurants. Chef Beatrice made me look good! My guests were very pleased to have the quiet
atmosphere of my home in which to discuss business while being served a five star meal!

We will definitely choose Chef Beatrice for our next corporate event. What an elegant alternative to impersonal noisy unreliable
restaurant settings. Dinner at home with the Chef, now that is classy!

MY REVIEW: I hired Beatrice to cook dinner for my husband and I in celebration for our first anniversary. We did not want to go
out to a restaurant. We wanted to be relaxed in our own home, while making the evening something very special. I stumbled across
Bella Compagnia in my search on B4-U-Eat, read the reviews and decided to hire Beatrice based upon the reviews.
We were NOT disappointed at all.

We have used caterers before for many gatherings in our home, but Beatrice's professionalism and food put all of them to shame.
Everything was prepared in our kitchen, so it was hot and right off the stove, vs. many other caterers that pre-prepare their food
and spend their time reheating vs. cooking. We had a 5-course dinner and every item was delicious and as my husband put it:
"perfect balance of flavors and textures."

MY REVIEW: What a wonderful evening we had!!!!. We had 20 guests for a four course dinner, plus appetizers. Every dish was superb
from the soup to the strudels. The marinated cheeses and Brie in puff pastry were to die for. Chef Beatrice was on time, with her spotless china
which made for a dramatic plating of the food. She left with everything just as she had arrived with no mess for me. I will definitely use her again.

MY REVIEW: Chef Beatrice saved my life! As a 9 to 5 working woman, entertaining is always stressful when your time is limited. Chef Beatrice
took absolutely all of the stress out of my mind by catering a wedding shower for me.
Everything was perfection. Her recipes are absolutely delicious, and her presentation is "eye candy". I was so happy with everything and everyone

MY REVIEW: Mom....can we have Chef Beatrice cook for us all the time? Mommy....I love Chef Beatrice’s cooking! What is that saying?
From the mouths of babes? These quotes were taken straight from my eleven and six year olds. As a mother of three, a typical mother’s day
 for me is usually not much different than other days. Not the case this year however. This year..... Mother’s Day for me was anything but ordinary.
This was mainly attributed to the fact that my husband hired Chef Beatrice to come cook a Mother’s Day meal for the kids and I.
The ‘Chef Beatrice’ experience was over the top. Regardless of what scale I use to rate her, the score I would rate her would be off the charts.
Chef Beatrice was extremely professional AND personable and her food was to die for. My (our) taste buds were in taste bud heaven.

MY REVIEW: Chef Keller is OUTSTANDING! Chef Keller came to our house as a surprise to my wife on our 3rd anniversary. She prepared a truly wonderful
and romantic four course meal for two. My wife really enjoyed the flavor combinations selected for us. I enjoyed the intimacy of our dinner that was as
affordable as any fine restaurant in Houston. Additionally, there is no need to worry about poor service when each course is being prepared and served by

MY REVIEW: Wow! It is so nice to work with Chef Keller again. She just takes your wishes and adds her talents and your event is a hit. She prepared lady food

MY REVIEW: Beatrice Keller was an angel fallen from heaven for my daughter's First Communion celebration. Not only the food she brought in for our guests
was fantastic, but having her help out for all of us to enjoy the celebration was an unexpected plus as well. We are still getting compliments on the food from
our friends. Her Roast Pork Loin stuffed w/apricot and grapes in creamy mustard sauce the sides, the bread and the wonderful spinach salad with apples &

MY REVIEW: I have to say that I am very impressed with Bella Compagnia. Beatrice Keller was a lifesaver for me last month during our stressful budget
meetings here at my company. I had to cater lunch for our executive staff and 40 managers in town from all over the world. Needless to say they did not want
deli-sandwiches delivered for lunch. The meetings lasted two weeks and I used Bella Compagnia (Beatrice) almost every day during that time. Her menus were
delicious. She was creative, prompt and professional. She made me look good and she did all the work. It was by all means, first class. I wish I could tell you
what my favorite dish is but every menu was so different and unique that I don't have a favorite. From Lasagna, pot roast, shrimp with lemon sauce,
chicken w/capers and everything you can imagine. However, I can’t seem to stop thinking about her potato’s-au-gratin. Since my meetings I have introduced
Beatrice to several others here at my company and I see her from time to time. I'm glad to spread the word that this is a first class catering chef service.
I will use her many more times in the future, especially if I have a need for a private party. I highly recommend Bella Compagnia to anyone that wants to

MY REVIEW: Beatrice prepared a very delicious buffet meal including appetizers and dessert for our church mixer. Each course complimented one another.
The presentation of the food was very appealing too. The Chicken Picatta with lemon caper sauce was delicious. The artichoke was scrumptious...I could have
made a meal with that alone. Her tiramisu was delicious...different from the recipes I have tasted from other chefs and restaurants. I especially appreciated
her prompt arrival and time consciousness when serving the meal. As the event coordinator, Beatrice made my job very easy. I highly recommend Bella Compagnia.

MY REVIEW: Our dinner party for eight was a memorable experience. Wanting to visit with friends, but also wanting a great meal, is often difficult to achieve.

We met Beatrice Keller through mutual friends, so we knew of her flawless reputation for fine European Cuisine. She not only met our expectations, but
exceeded them.

In menu planning, we corresponded through e-mail and spoke several times to insure that our guests dietary needs be met. She was extremely flexible and
offered excellent suggestions when a change had to be made.

MY REVIEW: Planning a graduation party for an adult receiving a higher degree is quite different than planning an event for teenagers or young adults!
Older adults have much higher expectations for quality of food and the overall presentation. For our party of about 150 guests, we were not disappointed
by our decision to use Chef Keller for our event.

The food was absolutely fabulous! Each appetizer served had a unique flavor and the presentation was incredible. The guests raved about the food and
continue to comment after the party about the wonderful appetizers provided by Bella Compagnia.

MY REVIEW: If you're a lover of wonderful food and wonderful service, Bella Compagnia is who you need
to cater your next gathering. In November of 2005, we had a murder mystery party, that needed a bit of good
timing for appetizers and then salad and dinner to gather the 12 guests for the party to work right and be a success. Beatrice, the chef, was perfect. She had
everything prepared and served, ready for our guests to enjoy. Without even noticing, the food just seemed to be there on the table awaiting our arrival.

Beatrice worked really hard, I'm sure, but it was a piece of cake for her, although for our dessert we did
choose the creme brulee, which was absolutely mouth-watering. The appetizers were wonderful, salad was delightful and the Manzo Brasato with red wine sauce
was delicious.

Some of our guests remembered her from another party and were thrilled to hear she was cooking for us
again. And now, we're looking forward to her catering our wedding at our home in December and I have
every confidence that it will be a wonderful success!!!

MY REVIEW: My husband and I used Chef Keller of Bella Compagnia to cater our wedding in the home of my parents. I was dreading the decision making and
the cost of catering. I was most pleasantly surprised in all aspects. Chef Keller is incredible. She is so pleasant and was so very easy to work with. She helped
my mother and I choose an excellent arrangement of hors d'oeuvres. The food was absolutely fantastic! Several people asked for her card right then and
wanted to set up catering for their Christmas parties. My dad loved the artichoke dip. My husband and I couldn't get enough of the crostini with black olive paste.
Everything on our table was delicious! The cost associated with catering for 39 people was much lower then I expected especially considering the quality of
the food. Finally, the beautiful presentation on the table and the way in which Chef Keller kept changing the different appetizers on the table kept everyone
guessing as to what was coming next. Our first experience with catering was the easiest and best decision of our entire wedding process. Many, many thanks

MY REVIEW: Bella Compagnia was a great experience as far as taste and the presentation of the plate. The flavor of the dressing is simply heaven. The entrees
are prepared very well. I have had the fish (mahi-mahi, salmon, tuna) on several different occasions and these dishes were always perfectly prepared with a
variety of curry and peanut panade sauce. The pan-seared ravioli is also a favorite of mine because the wine sauce takes the dish to another level. Chef Keller
has catered several x-mas parties for me. Each party brought on new dishes and appetizers. Ham croissants, chicken satay with peanut sauce, puff pastry with
spinach & ricotta all wonderful. The hazelnut chicken breast with mushrooms a hit. The "Provencal" which is a pan seared jumbo shrimp ravioli with a wine sauce
was popular. Manzo Brasato are my choice for the beef. The beef was marinated 24 hrs in Italian Red Wine with carrots and celery root. The "Oase" a pork dish
with apricot, dates and cinnamon is unique. Chef Keller took every party I had and handled herself with poise and character which is part of the Swiss culture.
I would recommend Chef Keller to anyone in the Houston area who wants their party to be done right. Thank you Chef Keller.
