            Hands-On Cooking Class Parties

                              Bella Compagnia runs a unique for fun private party program. These special events

                     are great personal  celebrations, such as birthday parties, anniversaries or just to having

                                          fun preparing a delicious meal together with good friends.

                                                            How about a cooking class ?

               Bella Compagnia is happy to design a class for your corporate team building or celebratory function.
     We can bring the class to you. Also, we love to design memorable bachelorette, birthday, and anniversary parties. 

       Cooking classes are a great way to learn more about a variety of foods and techniques individually, in couples,
      or with a group of friends. Cooking classes are great gift ideas. Group lessons are perfect for wedding showers,
                       small corporate functions, or just an excuse to get a group of friends together! 
            All cooking classes are taught in a relaxed, fun-filled atmosphere in the comfort of your home.

Each participant in our cooking classes gets hands-on attention while executing tasty recipes - and of course, you get to
           sit down and enjoy all of the fruits of your labor! Most importantly, our goal is for you to have fun.

                                                    Having fun with food is what we do best!

This format also starts off picking out your recipes or theme. However, at the party we are usually preparing three or
four courses it depends of booking. Everyone gets to see how and make the dishes in the class and ask as many questions
as necessary. Those at the party who truly want to participate can choose the advanced recipes, while others can pick
the easier, less involved recipes. This format typically ensures a quicker class and the best way to maintain interest.
After every course has been completed, we sit down. Everyone of course gets to eat and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Also, everyone walks away with all of the recipes for that evening.  We want it to be as successful and as fun as possible,
                                          so make sure you have good dialogue with your friends.

           With our private cooking class parties, a 50%, non-refundable deposit, will hold your reservation,
                                   and the other 50% of fees are due, at conclusion of cooking class.

          The format is a lunch or dinner where a gourmet cooking lesson is part of the entertainment.  While
            you will not cook from scratch, you will learn specific techniques from our Chef-Beatrice Keller.


                                                  

                   Chef Beatrice Keller is prepared for both the eager novice and the experienced home cook.

                              The event’s atmosphere lends itself to learning in a fun-filled environment.

                               CREATE YOUR OWN MENU

                     We'll customized a menu to dazzle and we'll teach you

             to prepare mouth-watering dishes for your next party or special event.

                                             A customized Bella Compagnia Cooking Class party includes:

•                     individual menu planning encompassing Houston's freshest, seasonal ingredients.

•                     Shopping for ingredients the day of your event.

•                     We will bring all the necessary equipment, pots, pans, and utensils all you provide is your stove,
  
                      oven, refrigerator, plates and silverware.

•                     You eat what is prepared. You won't go away hungry.

•                     Clean up your kitchen.

•                    A TYPICAL PARTY RUNS 3 - 3  1/2-HOURS

                                                                                            1/2 hour for welcome drink

                                                                 2 1/2 hours for hands-on cooking class

                               A full service sit-down  4-course gourmet dinner where you all enjoy the meal you’ve made.
