Bella Compagnia is a personal chef catering company specializing in intimate fine dining.
We are proud to offer high-end service to you in your home or office.

Bella Compagnia lets your enjoy your party by taking the worry out of the time needed for food preparation.

We have design our buffet with assorted warm and cold hors d‘oeuvres, entrées and desserts.

Price  

The buffet prices include preparation, packing but does not include sales tax, delivery, gratuity or any
tableware rental fees that you would want us to incur.

Hot items are delivered hot in disposable aluminium pans ready to serve.  If you require
chafing dishes, please call for a quote.

Bella Compagnia chef:  $45 per hour to set up and manage the buffet.

Server:                             Our services are billed at a flat rate each hour, with a minimum
                                        of 4 hour duration, unless otherwise negotiated at $35 hourly rate.                                        

Bartender:                       Our services are billed at a flat rate each hour, with a minimum
                                        of 4 hour duration, unless otherwise negotiated at $45 hourly rate.
                                        
Wine
Wine selection also can be catered.

Delivery
Delivery fee will apply proximity with a minimum delivery fee of $42 (Houston area).

Rentals and additional Services
If your event requires tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware or cutlery, we will be happy to provide those items. 
Some parties will require full service including, Chef, Wait Staff, and Bartenders.  We prefer to provide our own
staff to ensure the success of your event.  To ensure availability for full service catering, please book as far as in
advance as possible especially for Holiday/Christmas parties.

Payment Policy
All applicable state and local taxes will be added to your bill.  If you or your organization is tax exempt, please forward
your tax exempt certificate to our office for our files.  If your event requires the use of our chafing dishes and platters
a 20% service charge may apply.  For events that not require service or set up charges may apply.  A final invoice will
be sent to you if there are additional charges incurred on day of event. Upon confirmation of your event, a 50% deposit
is required.  The balance is due on the day of event.  A final invoice is required at conclusion of party if there are additional
charges incurred on day of event.

Guarantee
We require you to provide a final guarantee number of people 7 days prior to event.  The guarantee cannot be more
than 25% less than the original amount. The guarantee number is the amount that e will prepare food for and you guarantee
you will pay for.

Catering Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee may be charged if notice of cancellation is given less then 3 weeks prior to the event;
a 100% cancellation fee may be charged with less than 48 hours notice.
All cancellations must be in writing to the attention of Event Services.
